Orange tree chunks are pieces of wood from pruning and cleaning orange groves. These pieces are served dry, in bags of 2.5 kg.

These chunks are ideal for foods that need to be cooked and smoked for an extended period of time.


Perfect match with: fish, both blue and white, shellfish and shellfish. It is also ideal for vegetables, rice, white poultry and soft meats.


How to use: immerse the pieces of wood in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the incandescent charcoal. They can be used in gas or electric barbecues but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminium tray.
