HOW TO USE:
Place the tray on top of the barbecue grill and just below the heat source. The tray will start to release the most delicate aromas of the mixture after 3-5 minutes of being in contact with the heat source. At 15-20 minutes of being in contact with the heat source will begin to give off smoke. The smoke will progressively increase its volume until it reaches 35-40 minutes, which at that moment will have charred the entire mixture of the tray.
Balanced mix that brings soft touches thanks to the beech wood and nuances of aromatic depth coming from oak wood. The laurel brings freshness and aromatic complexity and basil and thyme manage to close the most fragrant mixture.
Perfect pairing with: blue fish, seafood, stews with fish, poultry and vegetables.
